The company is fast growing, has doubled in size over the last 3 years, and has plans for further expansion. The company is globally recognized as a start-up specialist for gaming operations in emerging markets. They are looking for two Customer Service executives who are native French speakers with good knowledge of soccer/football.

Job Responsibilities
• Handle customer queries via the phone, via email or via social media
• Educate current and potential customers with products and service information
• Solve customers’ problems
• Maintain accurate customer records
• Identify and escalate priority issues to the Team Leader
• Actively participate in team meetings
Competencies and Qualifications Desired
• Must be a Native French Speaker
• Must have a good knowledge of Soccer/ Football
• A higher Diploma or bachelors Degree
• Knowledge and working experience of MS Office
• Experience not a must, but demonstrated ability to learn fast and work against set targets is key to the role

Primary Responsibilities
• Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions;
• Maintains customer records by updating account information.
• Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem;
• Maintains financial accounts by processing customer adjustments
• Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Competencies and Qualifications Desired
• Fluent in Gujarati, Hindi, Telugu, Punjabi etc.
• A minimum degree or higher diploma in customer service, business administration or a related field.
• Proven customer support experience.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
