Our client IMAX is looking to fill the position of Customer Care Executives
• Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions;
• Maintains customer records by updating account information.
• Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem;
• Maintains financial accounts by processing customer adjustments
• Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Competencies and Qualifications Desired
• Fluent in Gujarati, Hindi, Telugu, Punjabi etc.
• A minimum degree or higher diploma in customer service, business administration or a related field.
• Proven customer support experience.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
• Hands-on, self-motivated and naturally organized individual.
• Creative with good attention to detail:
• Strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Proactive, task driven and positive attitude.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Have strong business knowledge and customer service skills.
• Disciplined and dedicated to the company and the assigned role.
• Able to work with Vista software and computer applications ie Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet and Emailing
