Our client IMAX is looking to fill the position of an accounts assistant
• Facilitating administrative finance operations.
• Preparation of payment source documents (vouchers).
• Preparation of cheques for signing by authorized signatories.
• Tracking all spending to ensure they stick to their budget line.
• Assist the Accountant in preparation of financial reports.
• Act as PBC agent for the bank and prepare bank reconciliation statements.
• Assist the Accountant in preparations for external audits.
Competencies and Qualifications Desired
• CPA part 3
• 1 year experience in a busy office
• Ability to work with accounting softwares and especially QuickBooks
• Excellent working experience with MS Excel
• Good people skills
